These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DropRush247.co.uk and purchases made through our website.
DropRush247 is a UK online retailer selling themed and general Mystery Boxes directly from our own stock. We are not a third-party marketplace.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or reduces your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Mystery Means Surprise
By purchasing a Mystery Box, you understand that the precise combination of products may vary.
Unless expressly guaranteed, we do not promise:

That different Mystery Boxes will always contain completely different items
The contents must nevertheless correspond reasonably with the description and promises made on the applicable product page.
7. Product Categories
Where a Mystery Box is sold under a specific theme, its contents will generally relate to that theme.
For example, a Gaming Mystery Box may contain gaming-related accessories, collectibles, gadgets or similar products.
A themed Mystery Box is not guaranteed to contain any particular item unless that item is expressly stated as guaranteed.

Packaging materials, leaflets or promotional inserts do not count as products unless clearly stated otherwise.

Where an RRP or other comparison price is displayed, it will be used only where we have a reasonable basis for that figure.
A manufacturer RRP does not necessarily mean that DropRush247 has previously sold the product at that price.
12. Duplicate Products
Unless a listing specifically states:

13. Live Price Drop Mystery Boxes
Some Mystery Boxes may be offered through Live Price Drops.
During a Live Price Drop, the price may automatically decrease at scheduled intervals.

You can purchase at the current price or wait to see if the price falls again.
Waiting does not reserve the Mystery Box.
Another customer may buy it first.
14. Current Price
The Current Price is the product price available at that stage of a Live Price Drop.
If you purchase at the Current Price, that is the price applicable to your order.
15. Next Price
A product page may display the next scheduled price.
For example:
Current Price: £39.99
Next Price: £37.99
Next Drop: 02:00
The next price is not guaranteed to become available to you.
Another customer may purchase the product first.
16. Buying Before a Further Price Reduction
If you purchase a Mystery Box at the Current Price shortly before a scheduled reduction, you are not automatically entitled to the difference.
For example:
You buy at:

The next scheduled price is:
£37.99
You are not automatically entitled to a £2 refund merely because the price would otherwise have fallen.
This does not affect your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
17. Limited Stock
Some Mystery Boxes may be available in limited quantities.
We may display genuine availability information such as:

Where such statements are used, we aim for them to reflect genuine stock information.
18. Adding a Product to Your Basket
Adding a Mystery Box to your basket does not necessarily reserve it.
Where stock is limited, another customer may complete their purchase before you.
If our website specifically provides a temporary reservation period, the applicable time will be shown.
19. Prices and Mandatory Charges
We aim to present prices clearly.
Where a mandatory delivery charge or other unavoidable charge can be calculated in advance, the total amount payable will be displayed during the purchase process as required by applicable law.

28. Expensive or Premium Items
We will not imply that every Mystery Box contains a high-value or premium product where this is not the case.
Where we advertise a chance of receiving a premium product, any relevant conditions, limitations or promotional rules will be stated where required.
29. Consumer Rights
Products supplied by DropRush247 must comply with applicable UK consumer law.

30. Change-of-Mind Cancellation Rights

31. Opening a Mystery Box
Opening the outer Mystery Box does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
However, you should handle the contents only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Handled beyond what is reasonably necessary
we may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where permitted by law.
32. Returning a Mystery Box
For a normal change-of-mind cancellation, the Mystery Box should generally be returned as a complete package.
This includes the products supplied as part of the box.
You cannot normally:

Keep the items you like

Return the items you do not want

Request a full refund for the entire Mystery Box
unless we specifically agree otherwise or your legal rights require another remedy.
33. Individual Faulty Items
If one product inside a Mystery Box is faulty, damaged or materially misdescribed, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, it may not be necessary to return the entire Mystery Box.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
34. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Certain sealed products may be unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the relevant seal has been broken.
Where applicable, statutory exceptions may apply.
This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
35. Food and Sweets Mystery Boxes
Where we sell Mystery Boxes containing food or confectionery, additional product-specific requirements and cancellation exceptions may apply.
Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights where the law provides.
